About Will Stafford
Hi! Iâm Will Stafford. I became a Personal Family LawyerÂŽ because I knew that there was a better way to serve families with their estate planning needs.
Iâm here to help parents, families, business owners, and YOU navigate the maze of legal and financial decisions you face.
I focus on estate planning for families and business owners, as well as elder law and Medicaid planning. We also handle estate administrations and probate, when necessary.
Whether you are married or single, a traditional family or a blended one, starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, I will help you to design a plan that achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.
I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2009, where I was the managing editor of the Journal of International Law. Following law school, I worked as a corporate lawyer and did a stint as general counsel of a start-up, before starting Stafford Law Firm in January 2021.
I love educating my community on the topics of estate planning and asset protection. Iâve been featured on the websites of prominent news organizations like NBC, FOX and CBS. I am an active member of the Texas and Georgia state bars, the Texas Bar College, WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel and NAELA. I love spending time volunteering at our church, Holy Spirit Episcopal Church, and with my wife of 16 years, Tiffany, and our two kiddos: Charlotte (7) and Tucker (5).
