About Priscilla Castlebary
Hi. Iâm Priscilla Castlebary. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I’m passionate about helping Latinx families achieve their American Dream and help them plan so their hard-earned assets go to their children and not the government.
In my practice, I focus on Family Protection, Wealth Preservation, and Value-Based Planning. I’m also experienced with wealth planning strategies for unmarried couples and divorced individuals.
Whether you are married or single, a traditional family or a blended one, starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, my goal is to help you navigate the confusing maze of financial and legal decisions and create plans that ensure the well-being of your loved ones.
I enjoy being active in my community as a member of the Latina Professionals of Chattanooga as well as being active in our local chamber of Commerce. Our law firm won a Reisman Award in the Best New Law Firm category for 2021.
Additionally, I enjoy giving free presentations to the community about the importance of creating a legacy, having an estate plan to keep your family out of court and out of conflict and naming guardians for minor children.
Finally, and most importantly, I am the proud wife of Serge and proud mother of Nicolas.
