Kalyna Procyk

Hi. I’m Kalyna Procyk. I’m here to help Eastern Pennsylvania and Chicagoland families and small business owners navigate the maze of legal and financial decisions you face.

My goal is to be your trusted advisor who helps you make the very best personal, financial, legal, and business decisions for your family and your business throughout your lifetime. I want to help you and your business not just now, but also when you can’t be there so that I can help guide your loved ones and colleagues through a difficult process.

In my practice, I focus on family protection, wealth preservation, and values-based planning. Whether you are married or single, a traditional family or a blended one, starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, I will help you to design a plan that achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.

I grew up near Chicago, and graduated with honors from St. Ignatius College Prep. I received my B.A. from Wesleyan University in the interdisciplinary major, Science in Society Program (SISP). I graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2004, matriculating with Honors and receiving the Bar and Gavel Award for outstanding contribution to the student body. In addition, I received CALI Awards for earning the highest grade in multiple courses, including Legal Drafting and Energy Law.
Following law school, I worked in private practice for prestigious national and international law firms. I was fortunate to gain experience in many different areas of law, including high-stakes transactions, litigation, and regulatory matters representing a variety of commercial businesses, lenders, developers, and government entities.

I have taught law, policy, and advocacy to undergraduates at two universities, and served as a public official. I am licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Illinois.

I love educating my community on the topics of estate planning and kids protection planning. I enjoy being active in my community as a member of the Lehigh County Bar.

And most importantly, I am the proud mother of two school-age daughters. I enjoy hiking in the Poconos and Catskills, volunteering with nonprofits promoting community and environmental resilience, and making textile art.
