Hi. Iâm Joel Norris. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because Iâm passionate about serving clients and helping them to create secure and happy futures while enriching their lives today.

In my practice, I specialize in estate planning, probate, transfer tax avoidance, estate/trust administration, estate/trust litigation, and tax controversy/litigation.

I graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law and am Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
I love educating my community on the topics of estate planning and probate. I am an active member of the State Bar of Texas (Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Section and Taxation Section), American Bar Association, Houston Bar Association, and State Bar College of Texas as well as the Houston Probate Inns of Court.
