About Jenni Chavis
Jenni began her estate planning practice when she realized that most of her friends and family did not have any estate planning documents in place. Occasionally, she received calls from people who were distraught about loved ones who died without a will or were incapacitated and never appointed anyone to take care of their affairs. Jenni realized there was a better way to serve her community by providing these essential services and conducting workshops regarding estate planning and how plan for the future without fear or complication.
Jenni attended Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia and the Chicago-Kent College of Law. She worked as a prosecutor and assistant counsel for various county and state agencies. Jenni is an Adjunct Professor at Messiah College.
In 2018, Jenni opened Chavis Law Firm, LLC, which is a boutique law firm that serves business owners and legacy makers. She helps them build the life they love, protect what they have built, and leave it to the people they love without chaos and confusion. Jenni handles business development, trademarks, estate planning/administration, and professional licensure defense.
Her dream is to travel the world with her husband James as they continue to have one adventure at a time.
