A 1986 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, Ms. Dawkins is a member of the Bar for the State of Maryland. She has spent her entire career in the service of the people of Maryland providing legal representation in civil transactions. Ms. Dawkins is a talented strategic estate planner who has assisted Maryland families with navigating the often complicated and difficult decisions needed to ensure the proper care, maintenance and support of their loved ones, while keeping the costs of transitioning to a minimum.
