Anastasia also helps new and established business owners to structure and protect their businesses for life. She guides start-ups in all aspects of business operations – from formation to contract drafting, to business sales and acquisitions. Anastasia reviews established businesses’ documents, structure, and compliance policies to correct and protect for the future.

Prior to starting her own firm, Anastasia’s experience included practicing in a large national law firm as well as in house. She graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle cum laude and obtained her JD at the University of Denver. Anastasia loves working with people and uses the skills she has developed through her experiences to help businesses and families navigate the complex legal process of planning for the future.
