Hi, I’m Amanda N. Maurer Miller.

Estate planning isn’t just my profession—it’s personal. My journey as an attorney took on new meaning when my children’s father was diagnosed with brain cancer. As we navigated his final year, I witnessed firsthand the profound impact of proper estate planning—and the chaos that can arise without it. That experience deepened my commitment to helping families protect their legacies with clarity and compassion.

I obtained my undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University in 1998 and graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School in 2001. After initially practicing at Balcomb & Green, PC, I spent 17 years as a partner at Olszewski, Massih, & Maurer, P.C., before launching Amanda N. Maurer Miller, PC in November 2023. My practice focuses on comprehensive estate planning, probate, business succession planning, and real estate. In addition to my private practice, I serve as Municipal Judge for the City of Glenwood Springs.

To better serve clients in Western Colorado, I opened a Grand Junction office in September 2024, expanding my presence beyond Glenwood Springs. I am an active member of the Colorado Municipal Judges Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Ninth Judicial District Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Beyond my work, I reside in both Glenwood Springs and Grand Junction with my husband, Randy, and our son, Alex. My daughter, Ashley, is currently attending the University of Florida.
