Stephanie Mendoza

Hi! I’m Stephanie Mendoza. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I have a genuine desire to help families ensure that their loved ones are taken care of after they are gone. From my own personal experience with loss, I know how difficult and overwhelming that time can be. As a result, I take the time not only to get to know my clients, but to also educate them by explaining legal issues in a way that’s simple, uncomplicated and makes sense so that they feel empowered in making the best choices for themselves and their families when it comes to legal planning.

My goal in assisting families and individuals is to help guide them through the many, and sometimes difficult, decisions that need to be made when planning for loved ones. I strive to do so not only with care and respect, but in a way that leaves my clients feeling confident and glad that they’ve taken the steps today to help their loved ones avoid unnecessary pain and potential conflict in the future.

I have been a practicing attorney since 2003 and when I’m not helping clients, I am a wife and mother to my wonderful son and daughter. My family and I enjoy spending time with our rescue dog, Tilly, playing board games, trying new cooking and baking recipes, and going to concerts. My daughter and I volunteer at a local animal shelter and we love interacting with the dogs and cats there to help lift their spirits.
