Rositsa (Rossy) Dracheva

My name is Rositsa (Rossy) Dracheva, founder of Dracheva Law, LLC. I formed Dracheva Law to fulfill my dream of serving clients in an authentic and empowering way. My practice takes a contemporary and proactive approach to estate planning. Rather than practicing in the broken established model of mere “document preparation” without true counsel, I guide and direct my clients through the often complex and difficult path of legal decisions needed to ensure the well-being, objectives, and goals of their families.

I became a Personal Family LawyerÂŽ because I believe in providing my clients the highest level of service and building lifetime relationships with them as a trusted advisor. I want to empower people to make the best choices for themselves and their families when it comes to legal planning. I am passionate about educating people and helping families create happy and secure futures while living richer lives today.

I believe in personalized service for each client. I educate my clients based on the specifics of their family or business situation, assets, and individual needs, wants, desires and values. People worked hard to build their family’s wealth and legacy, so it makes sense to put similar effort into protecting those assets.

I graduated from Chicago Kent College of Law in 2015. I have done a lot of volunteering for legal clinics and pro-bono work for those who could not afford a lawyer. As both a lawyer and a mom my mission is to educate my community and my clients about the ins and outs of estate planning, why do it, how to do it, what to do, and provide guidance in selecting the right estate plan, a plan that will not only protect my client’s family and business assets, but also their legacy.

Finally, and most importantly, I am a wife and the very proud mother of two amazing kids, Jason and Jennifer.
