Hi. I’m Loucile Powers. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because as an attorney that represents children in court and as a widowed mom myself, I really appreciate how thorough and thoughtful Personal Family Lawyers are when it comes to protecting kids in any contingency sharing your legacy beyond your material possessions.

I’m here to help Northeast, Ohio families navigate the maze of legal and financial decisions you face.

I focus on Kids Protection Planning and Asset Protection Planning.

I graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2005. I have worked for large and small firms prior to starting my own firm and I have helped families and individuals plan for their future for over a decade.

I love educating my community on the topics of estate planning and asset protection. I am an active member of the Ohio State and Akron Bar Associations and the Fairlawn Rotary.

And, most importantly, I am a solo mom to three amazing teens that I have raised alone for most of their lives after we lost their wonderful father to pancreatic cancer.
