About Kyle Nuttall
Kyle Nuttall. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2007. My first job out of law school was as a landman here in West Virginia, where I met my wife, Nica, who was born and raised in Buckhannon. After years of helping people with their oil and gas leases, I decided that the boom and bust cycle of oil and gas was hurting my ability to take care of my family. Since I had been reading and analyzing wills and estates as part of my oil and gas work, I knew that estate planning would be interesting to me and a great way to benefit our community.
I have been working in estate planning for several years now, and while I will never give up the oil and gas side of my practice, estate planning is far more fulfilling than oil and gas ever were. I get to meet great people and help them make plans that will benefit their families for years to come.
