Josh Penterman

I’m Josh Penterman, an attorney and founder dedicated to helping families secure their legacies through thoughtful estate planning. Born and raised near Bennet, Nebraska, just outside Lincoln, I have spent my life rooted in this community, guided by values of legacy, family, and service.

My passion for estate planning stems from my deep appreciation for family and the desire to help others provide for their loved ones. My wife and I recently welcomed our first child, which has further reinforced my commitment to ensuring families have the tools and plans in place to protect what matters most.

Beyond my legal work, I am actively involved in my community, serving on our local school board to promote policies that support students and educators. I also serve on the Foundation for Knowledge, District OR-1, a foundation my family helped establish over 25 years ago to provide scholarships and resources for those pursuing their educational and career goals.

With a Juris Doctor (JD) and an MBA, I bring a well-rounded perspective to estate planning, blending legal expertise with financial insight to help families create lasting legacies. My mission is to ensure that every client has a plan in place that not only protects their assets but also upholds their values for generations to come.
