About Jennifer Winegardner

Jennifer began her career in a small firm but joined a state-wide firm when she moved to Florida in 1997. After years of practice with large firms she launched her own practice to be able to focus on the clients and matters she loves. She now focuses on estate planning, property law (including community association law), business formation and litigation, and appeals. As a former Florida Supreme Court clerk, she knows the value of staying out of court and keeping control with her clients.
