I’m Charles Bishota, a Personal, Family and Business Lawyer. I’d truly enjoy the opportunity to help you, your family, and those you care about.

When I opened my firm, I set out with a single focus: to be there for my clients. That’s still my mission to this day.

After working for a Fortune 50 company where my job was guiding entrepreneurs toward their goals, I knew I wanted to do the same for people like you. I set two new goals for myself – adding an SMU law degree to my experience in finance and creating a firm that would positively impact the world.

From empowering individuals to grow their legacy and secure their family’s future to helping clients successfully pursue their own new dreams, being an attorney means I wake up every day with the opportunity to support the people I care about most.

My services include simplified planning for business succession, trusts, legacy preservation and family protection that give you security with less work. I partner with entrepreneurs and corporations to plan their growth, document their deals, minimize risk, and maximize their chances of success. And as someone who immigrated to the US, I’m excited to help others do the same by offering immigration services.

Along with focusing on my clients, I work with the Diaspora Council of Tanzanians in America, perform responsibilities as a deacon, and travel with my wonderful wife, Misty, and our two teenagers, Mischa and Caden, as often as I can.
