Hello! I’m Amy Hsiao (pronounced ‘siao’ or ‘see’-‘ow’, the “H” is silent), your neighborhood Personal Family LawyerÂŽ.

My goal is to be your trusted advisor who helps you make the very best personal, financial, and legal decisions for your family throughout your lifetime. I want to help you not just now, but also when you can’t be there so that I can help guide your loved ones through a difficult process.

In short, my sole focus is to help families avoid collapse after the death or disability of a loved one.

Professionally, I received my JD from California Western School of Law. I am a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Only the top 10% attorneys in the state receive such accreditation from the California State Bar upon examination and approval of judges and senior attorneys.

We run a diverse practice where our team members speaking Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, Spanish and Tagalog in addition to English.

Personally, I grew up in Taiwan and immigrated to the United States for law school at the age of 29. We are a multi-lingual, single parent household with a super adorable 6 year old boy and a happy golden doodle. We enjoy connecting with our family and friends, traveling around the world and learning about different cultures and languages.
